Terms of sale (excerpt):
All prices are in € (Euro) net (customers of the EU have to pay additional 7% VAT) plus postage and handling (reg. book-parcel, surface, first kg approx. 3,30 €/kg plus 2,05 € registration, any further kg of weight additional 2,30 €/kg).
Please don't mix up the sign € (Euro) with US-$! Transport on the buyers risk. Returns are only accepted within 7 days after receipt.

Minimum order 25 € or 2,50 € extra charge.

Payment is due on receipt of invoice and may be made by internat. postal money order or money transfer to our bank account. We also accept VISA-, Amexco- and Master/Euro-credit-cards free of charge. For payments by private cheque, not drawn on a German bank we unfortunately have to add 15 €, due to dramatical increase of the bank-charges.

New customers may be asked to pay in advance or with credit-card.

Prices of new books are subject to publishers revision and fluctuating exchange rates. If an increase is less than 10% the order will be fulfilled without prior reference. As many new books are obtained to order from abroad, there may be a delay in delivery (up to six months). There will be given an information that the item will be delivered later. In this case please don't order a second time or from another dealer.

Postage information:
Note, that to all orders you have to add the postage. For your rough calculation of postage and handling following the costs:

Innerhalb Deutschlands: < 1 kg 1,80 Euro, < 2kg 4,20 Euro, 2-5 kg 6,50 Euro, 5-10 kg  10 Euro, 10-20 kg 13,50 Euro

All other European countries: < 1 kg 5,75 Euro, < 2 kgs 8,50 Euro, > 2 kgs 11,25 Euro, for each additional kg plus 2,80 Euro.

All over sea countries: < 1 kg 6,25 Euro, < 2 kgs 9,50 Euro, > 2 kgs 13,00 Euro, for each additional kg plus 3,40 Euro

Registration fee is 2,05 Euro for parcels up to 5 kgs, for M-bags up to 30 kgs 9,00 Euro. To the US and Canada no registration of M-bags is possible. To these countries we send larger orders only by insured Economy-Air-parcel (SAL) which costs basically 23 Euro and additional 3 Euro/kg. Insurance is 9 Euro for parcels up to 500 Euro value.

Mailing by Air-Mail is significantly more expensive, e.g. 3 kgs to the US 36 Euro, to Japan even 45 Euro.
